Established in 2021, CemTec LLC is a family-owned ready-mix concrete manufacturing company located in West Philadelphia. Aside from Philadelphia county, we service the surrounding counties, including the Delaware, Montgomery, and Buck county areas. 

With over 50 years of collective experience in the General Contracting and Concrete Contracting business, The Leake family prides itself in accommodating contractors within the same industry. We understand the contracting business is often weather dependent and not your typical Monday through Friday job, we pride ourselves on the ability to make our products available on Saturdays for pick-up or delivery. Additionally, sell small batches of concrete and raw materials to fit the needs of small business contractors.
